We're Looking For a Dentist who: Has a positive, growth-minded
attitude. Wants to develop advanced skills through mentorship and
CE. Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team. Values
family, fun, and meaningful patient relationships. Either
high-performing already, or eager to become one. Good communication
skills that help educate patients on the value of dentistry as well
as communicate with team members in a proactive manner. What We
Offer Average dentist income: $315,000 annually. Full healthcare &

12-month in-office CE program hands-on mentorship with Dr. Watts,

opportunities for the right candidate. Your Role & Impact As a
General Dentist at Watts Dental, you will: Deliver excellent,
evidence-based care that earns patient trust. Handle a wide variety
of cases - from everyday dentistry to advanced procedures - WIth
full support. Collaborate daily with peers, specialists, and lab
team members. Grow personally and professionally while helping
