feel valued and supported. Who We're Looking For A Treatment Plan
Coordinator (TCO) who: Understands the importance of clear,
compassionate communication when discussing treatment plans and
costs. Has experience in dental, medical, or financial coordination
(preferred but not required). Is highly organized, detail-oriented,
and comfortable presenting financial options. Thrives in a
collaborative, fast-paced environment. Brings a positive, and
growth-minded attitude every day. What You'll Do As a Treatment
Plan Coordinator at Watts Dental, you will: Present treatment plans
in a clear and supportive way to help patients understand the value
of recommended care. Explain costs, insurance coverage, and payment
options with confidence and empathy. Act as a liaison between
patients and the dental team to ensure smooth coordination of
appointments and next steps. Answer financial and scheduling
questions to help patients move forward confidently with their
care. Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients to keep
treatment on track. Provide an exceptional, patient-first
experience from consultation to completion. What We Offer
