Job Description:

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * *Other duties may be assigned.*
* *Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs*

* *Follow the company's established accounting processes*

* *Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry related to CapEx*

* *Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of PPE Gl Accounts*

* *Provide detailed documentation and support for CapEx entries.*

* *Prepare documentation for external auditors, as needed*
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: *

* *No direct reports*

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: *
* *Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred*

* *3+ years' experience in accounting or related field*

* *Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Showcase Query)*

* *Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in multiple business units*

* *Strong organizational and analytical skills*

* *Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports*

* *Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships*

* *Proficient Knowledge of Multiple software systems*
*LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: *

* *Strong written and oral communication skills*
*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS*

* *Must be able to perform and understand the following: simple algebra, elementary statistics, percentages, fractions and arithmetic.*
*REASONING ABILITY: *

* *Individual and team problem solving.*
*CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: *

* *CPA / CMA Preferred*
