Job Description:

Experienced Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Premier Manufacturing Software a must.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.
Set up & invoicing clients and customers.
Processing the accounts payable & receivable.
Preparing bank account reconciliation, deposits, credit card transactions & wire transfers.
Processing employee payroll weekly, filing quarterly, year-end payroll reports.
Processing quarterly sales tax.
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements. Inventory.
Keeping a detailed & accurate filing system.
General administrative duties.
We have a small dedicated team & operate in a fast-paced office environment. The right candidate will be enthusiastic to help the team as needed & able to assist with general office tasks.
