We even offer a $200 sign on bonus after 90 days!Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls in a warm and friendly mannerDetermine the needs of the caller and route them to the team member who can best assist themAssist other team members in making outbound calls and scheduling customer appointments as needed Use internal software to record messages, access customer information, and view employee schedulesOperate standard office equipmentComplete administrative tasks as requiredQualifications Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with the TeamStrong phone skills2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to use field management softwareComfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks without guidance High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required PI177664791
