The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction, project management, and be familiar with Procore, construction blueprints, and AIA contracts.     • Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, including tracking and reporting progress against established milestones.
    • Review construction blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to senior management.
    • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure that everyone is informed of project status and progress.
    • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
      • At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
      • Experience with Procore, construction blueprints, and AIA contracts.
      • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving project goals and objectives.
