has an opportunity for a -Unit Manager RN/ Registered Nurse -to
join our team. We're looking for a driven, caring, passionate
individual to serve as a leader to our excellent nursing
staff.Responsibilities of the -Unit Manager RN/ Registered Nurse
-include:Day-to-day supervision of personnelParticipate as
requested in the interviewing and hiring of nursing
personnelMaintaining consistent practicesEffectively communicates
performance expectationsAssigning specific duties for customers'
care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on
unitAttend and participate in department meetings.Requirements for
-Unit Manager RN/ Registered Nurse -position:Must be a RN/
Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the
state of Florida.Must have clinical experience, education or
specialty skills specific to geriatrics.Must be able to relate
positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work
cooperatively with others.Related experience at a level necessary
