Realhab, Inc. Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center has recently opened a State of the Art Facility in Parrish, Florida. Offering their patients a comprehensive rehabilitation physical therapy center, a full fitness gym and an Aquatic indoor pool.

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and licensed Physical Therapist

Responsibilities/Skills

Must have a valid State of FL. license to practice

Must have utmost professionalism

Must encourage patient(s) as patient(s) are being treated, to assist with optimal functioning.

Must provide Realhab cost-effective treatments that advance patients Mobility and motion.

Must consult and use guidelines according to the practice procedures.

Must be available to work Monday-Saturday

Daily P.T. notes and flow sheets at point of service

Scheduling

Provide DME/HME services

Maintain cleanliness

Manage PTA's

Must follow State of FL., and federal/HIPAA guidelines
