tasks and responsibilities may include: --- You will communicate
effectively and work with physicians and/or other members of the
interdisciplinary team in meeting patient needs. --- You will
actively contribute to and work toward hospital wide improvement in
meeting core measures, patient safety and service excellence goals.
--- You will assess clinical data trends and identifies
opportunities for improvement. --- You will develop and coordinate
the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and
identified best practices to address areas of need across the
continuum of care. --- You will coordinate on-site surveys and mock
surveys and consultations. --- You will educate leaders, staff,
medical staff, and other stakeholders on accreditation process and
requirements. Qualifications: -- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care
Related Field required. Master's Degree or Clinical Nurse Leader
Degree preferred -- Three years' experience in healthcare field;
data collection and analysis experience -- Current Florida State
Registered Nurse License

read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal
instructions, PC skills/Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel,
