Job Description:

Family Practice-Without OB opening in Palmetto, Florida. Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Provider (Internal Medicine /Family Medicine) with at least 2-3 years of Medicare Advantage experience. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and motivation to optimize patient outcome through exceptional clinical care.
Overview:

• Monday-Friday 8-5 no weekends
• Busy from Day 1, Existing Patient Panel
• Develop patient strategies to reduce hospitalization, ER visits
