MCR Health - Arcadia Part Time Hours: Monday - Friday Employed New Graduates Call Schedule: No Call Loan Repayment Benefits: - Company paid Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance- Malpractice Insurance- PTO and CME time off- CME Reimbursements- Member of National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program Additional Info: You will:- Examine, assess, and treat behavioral health patients within scope of practice- Assess and evaluate patients across the lifespan for psychiatric disorders, provide psychopharmacological treatment, and arrange appropriate follow-up- Collaborate with the behavioral health care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan.What you need to bring to this role:- Current FL License- Current Supervisory Relationship record with the state of Florida- Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience preferred- Current CPR certification- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills- Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities- Pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitors- A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude- MAT certification is a plus- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
