This role revolves around helping patients recover and reclaim their independence after life-changing illnesses or injuries. Our focus extends to providing the highest level of patient care across our expansive network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health services. Assess patient conditions through careful observation and report to the necessary healthcare team members. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by medical professionals. Monitor patient progress and adapt plans as needed. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care procedures. Maintain comprehensive patient records. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Proven competence in patient assessment Strong communication skills High proficiency in administering medications In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures Capability to maintain accurate patient records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
