Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Registered
Nurses (Full-Time or PRN) to join our skilled teams in providing
superior inpatient rehabilitation and home-based care. The role
demands compassionate professionals devoted to improving patients'
recovery and outcomes with a focus on high-quality, holistic
patient care. Nurses will work in dynamic environments and utilize
state-of-the-art facilities to support rehabilitation goals or
end-of-life care, depending on patient needs. Assess patient
conditions through careful consultation and medical history review.
Plan and administer patient treatments in accordance with
healthcare plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams
to enhance patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment
plans and ongoing care. Monitor patient progress and adjust care
plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and safety standards. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR)
software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
work both independently and in team settings. Critical thinking and
problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
