With the flexibility of full-time or PRN schedules, our nurses play a crucial role in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and various patient care settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and wellness. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their family members. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
