As a Registered Nurse in one of our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, you will have the opportunity to deliver personalized, intensive rehabilitation tailored to the needs of individual patients. Your role will involve working closely with a diverse team to foster recovery, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and obtaining patient histories. Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients in rehabilitation settings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Collaborate with rehabilitation team to maximize patient recovery and outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and inpatient rehabilitation processes. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical software systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
