Job Title: QC Inspector
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Day shift (w/potential overtime)

seeking a Quality Inspector for the Fort Myers, Florida
location.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that employees of the repair station are following the
procedures established in the repair station manual, FAR's,
(Federal Aviation Regulations) manufacturer's specifications and
applicable customer instructions
- Provides general oversight of the shipping/receiving and stores
personnel with an emphasis on compliance regarding applicable
regulations and procedures as called out by the repair station
manual and FAR's (Federal Aviation Regulations)
- Performs inspections as called out in the repair process or as
assigned by the director of QA/QC
- Assists with other duties that may be assigned as dictated by the
director of QA/QC
- Maintains general housekeeping of workspace
Position Requirements
- A & P License, prior repairman's certificate with 1-2 years
related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and
experience
- Reading and interpreting documents such as component maintenance
manuals, schematics, blueprints, and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondences, speak before groups of
customers or employees of the organization
- Calculate figures and amounts such as ratios, proportions,
percentages area, circumference and volume. Applying concepts of
basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Able
to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized
situations and offering resolution
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and quality
control software with an emphasis on data entry
- Knowledge and proficient use of common hand measurement tools,
electrical meters, coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
- Lifting and or moving up to 70 pounds, standing, walking, using
hands, sitting, climbing and/or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or
crawl.

- Demonstrates versatility and ability to multi task, strong
organizational skills in providing sample analysis, ability to
utilize mathematical and problem solving skills, attention to
detail and possesses exceptional listening skills
