Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesOperate basic equipment and machines, and carry out routine tasks.Involves following strict, detailed instructions.Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.Involves working within given settings or parameters.Support the quality function by working within strict qualitystandards.Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personalprotection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environmentand the wellbeing of oneself and others.Work according to an assigned schedule.Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessmentand development planning activities as well as formal and informaltraining and coaching.SkillsWorks under supervision at an elementary level to optimize theutilization of production plant, equipment and materials.Works at a basic level to employ a systematic process for solvingtechnical issues by identifying the problem and selecting anappropriate solution under close supervision.Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a productionprocess at an elementary level, under supervision.Education/ExperienceHigh school Diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferredPhysical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those thatmust be met by a team member to successfully perform the essentialfunctions of this job. Dusty and noisy environment whenoperating machines and tools. Steel-toe safety shoes, ear and eyeprotection required always in all plants.
