Radiology Nursing Services
Job Summary
Responsible for patient throughput which includes accountability
for managing patient flow, monitoring key performance indicators,
allocating resources, making all patient procedural assignments.
Manages physician, nursing and procedural resources to ensure
proper and timely procedural patient flow while supporting the
system and staff. Acts as a liaison between all departments and is
a resource for problem solving. Provides information to Manager and
Director as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Require two (2) years of current satisfactory advanced Radiologic
Science experience and/or (2) years of Association for Radiologic
and Imaging Nursing in an Invasive department and/or (2) years of
experience as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.Require
advanced certification in Radiologic Science experience or
certification with the Association for Radiologic and Imaging
Nursing:- Registered in CT, Vascular Interventional, Cardiovascular
Interventional or Association for Radiologic and Imaging Nursing
and/or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.Require licensure
as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Florida and/or a
Registered Nurse and/or Registered Diagnostic Medical
Sonographer.
