company, is seeking a bilingual, team-oriented Operations Assistant
with strong time management, organizational, and problem solving

The Operations Assistant plays an integral role by providing
administrative and dispatch support to the Dispatch Operations
Team. This position is responsible for planning driver routes and
tracking and providing delivery status of products to Bethel Farms
customers.

Essential Duties:
Utilize route planning software to plan, distribute, monitor, and
follows-up on daily route assignments to ensure customers are
serviced timely.
Create efficient, cost-effective delivery routes, incorporating
travel and service times, DOT restrictions and traffic
patterns.
Maximize truck capacity for most efficient, timely routes.
Ensure timely deliveries to customers and provide ETA to Customer
Experience Team as needed.
Serve as dispatch back-up when required.
Assist with the Driver Performance Management Program.
Assist in the implementation of effective strategies to recruit and
hire Outside Carriers.
Ensures that carrier packages, profiles and insurance are kept up
to date.
Assist with any compliance reporting.
Assist in review and preparation of driver handbook and driver
training materials.

Assist with coordinating Quarterly Driver Safety Meetings.
Records and sends recorded messages to all drivers, as needed.
Build relationship with internal and external customers, as
needed.
Assist with maintaining the H2A Driver Program and serve as liaison
between the H2A Drivers and Dispatch Operations Team.
Maintains a positive environment.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree,
preferred.
3+ years of related experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish), required.
Knowledge of internal/external customer service principles and
practice
Data entry experience
Must be able to multitask and be willing to assist multiple
departments
Proficient in relevant computer applications and office
equipment

the approval of assignor.

management excellence with the ability to prioritize workload.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a
sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would
require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or

This position requires sitting down for extended periods, ability
to read, hear, speak, concentrate, learn, think, and communicate
verbally and in writing. Also, standing, walking, bending,
stooping, lifting, and twisting, as required in an office
environment. Noise levels may vary, from office equipment to
production line and warehouse levels.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday,
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedule is subject to change due to
seasonal needs and necessary office coverage. This position
requires on call availability, as needed.
