Description
ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of
services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living,
post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home
health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The Social Service Aide is responsible to assist Social Service
Coordinator and Social Workers in providing medically related
social services so that each resident/patient may attain or
maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and
psychosocial well-being.

Educational Requirements
Position Requirements
High School Diploma, required; Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or
a Human Services field, desirable; Licensed where required by law;
