America, Europe, and Australia.--- We are a fast-growing company
and are looking for the right person to grow with us at a rapid
pace, and one who embraces a dynamic environment. We are seeking a
highly motivated and driven individual with accounts receivable
experience to join our Accounting Team! This role is responsible
for leading our accounts receivable team, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency in operations, processing and monitoring incoming
payments, initiating collections on accounts that are past due and
resolving any account discrepancies. This role will interact
regularly with our customers; as well as those in accounting and
customer service; and will be overseeing a high volume of
transactions on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities :---
Manage a team of 2 AR Specialists to review their work quality,
help prioritize tasks,andset completion goals for the team
Monitor and report out weekly on AR aging and summarize key
insights to identifytrends
Providerecommendations and propose solutions for more efficient AR
processes
Work with the Member Experience Center Team to proactively address
expiring credit card accounts
Assist with completing the Accounts Receivable work, includingbut
not limited to:
Maintain accurate records in Quickbooks, updating the records
frequently---
Communicate with members to request payment and arrange payment
plans---
Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into
Quickbooks---
Provide proactive customer communication regarding delinquent
accounts
Update member accounts with changes to personal or payment
information---
Manage a high volume of transactions and accounts
Skills / Experience Required: ---
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable
Demonstrated experience leading others
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
QuickbooksEnterprise experience is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles
knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills,
and multi-tasking skills---
Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed with
ability to meet established deadlines---
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional process
changes
Must be highly organized, analytical, detail oriented, and a
self-starter---
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer
operation---
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must have a team player attitude---
Strong customer service orientation---
