• High school diploma or equivalentn
• 2+ year of customer service experiencen
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other cloud-based softwaren
• Basic keyboarding skills (45+ WPM, 95% accuracy)n
• A private, quiet, and completely distraction-free space to workn
• The following computer equipment: A Pentium processor Core i3 or higher, 8 or more GB RAM, 2 monitors, high-speed internet connection that is wired directly to the router, and a noise-canceling headsetn
• Ability to pass a criminal background and a drug test upon hiren
