Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, Teams, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.Essential Functions:

• Proficient knowledge of printers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 products
• Computer power user
• Must be a team player with strong organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to problem solve, learn quickly, and multi-task
• Off hours phone support on rotation and as needed
• Occasionally travel for 2-4 days at a time to perform store deployments
• Selection, advisement and ordering of user hardware
• System imaging, build and deployment of user hardware

  • Requires minimal supervision
  • Position involves regular bending, crouching, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift 35 lbs.
