Job Description:

This individual facilitates and expedites the movement of Stahl + Band product from one destination to the next - locally,
domestically, and internationally. A successful coordinator ensures efficient and cost-effective operations, consistently cross
comparing lead times and rates, and keeping customer service top of mind. Ownership, proactive problem solving, and clear
communication are essential to this role. This is a full time, in person position at the Stahl + Band Workshop location.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and track all client and internal Stahl + Band shipments.
- Handle customs and duties fees for all Stahl + Band shipments.
- Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with the Production Team, Workshop Team, and White Glove Delivery partners.
- Cross compare rates and lead times to ensure we offer clients the best rates, lead-times and customer service.
- Update the sales team with all relevant shipping updates.
- Create and ensure proper placement of all side mark notations on completed products.
- Collaborate with Workshop Manager to ensure items are moving in and out of workshop in a timely, efficient manner and that the workshop inventory is accurate.
- Monitor and create performance reports of Stahl + Band delivery and drop ship partners ( how many damages / related costs).
- Promptly resolve shipment related issues as they arise, implementing short-term and long-term solutions.
- Coordinate and assist in managing customer returns and replacements.
- Access our current systems to identify issues and propose creative solutions and improvements. Job Requirements - 1+ years of experience in a logistics or shipping focused role
- Experience with domestic and international small volume parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Proficient in G Suite and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized with strong record-keeping abilities
