Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our skilled team of healthcare professionals. As
part of our network that includes inpatient rehabilitation
hospitals, as well as home health and hospice agencies, the
selected candidate will play a critical role in delivering
individualized patient care by assessing, planning, and
implementing the nursing care patients receive. This position

environment. Assessing patient health problems and needs,
developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining
medical records. Administering nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advising patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or providing case management.
Liaising with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
patient care. Monitoring patient recovery and outcomes, adjusting
care plans as needed. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision Critical thinking and
